These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Shyam Steel Industries website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Specifications

We manufacture and supply Japanese sheet steel doors, windows, chaukhat (frames), GI & mild-steel door frames, PPGI window frames, stainless-steel gates, balcony railings and custom fabrication. Product illustrations on this website are representative; actual finish, colour and dimensions are confirmed at the time of order. As products are often custom-made, minor variations in size, shade or finish may occur.

2. Pricing

Prices shown (e.g., per foot or per sq.ft) are indicative and subject to change based on size, gauge, finish, quantity and prevailing material rates. A firm price is confirmed in your written quotation. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) and transportation unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once a quotation is accepted and any required advance is paid.
Custom orders may require an advance payment before production begins.
The balance is payable as agreed at the time of order, typically before or on delivery.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates communicated at the time of order and may vary with order size and customisation. We serve Varanasi, Sonbhadra and surrounding regions of Uttar Pradesh; delivery charges, where applicable, are advised in advance.

5. Warranty

Our steel products are built to resist rust and termites and are warranted against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation by third parties, accidents or normal wear.

6. Returns & Cancellations

As most items are made to order, cancellations after production has begun and returns of custom-made products may not be possible. Any manufacturing defect must be reported promptly on delivery for resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
